2. DESIGN/PLANNING

3. DEVELOPMENT
   
   The development stage is based on the acceptance of the design and planning. Development starts with the implementation of content into the designs and concept as outlined. Custom scripting that might be necessary for the site can be developed and if a database is required it will be designed and connected at this time. Client involvement with respect to proofing and layout of content is required throughout this stage to eliminate delays in launch and release of web presence.
   
   
4. RELEASE
